The hotel was an ideal base for exploring Santa Ana. Really enjoyed staying here. - the staff was friendly, efficient, and really helpful at check-out. - the hotel is set in a central area near all the best restaurants, stores, Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, and shopping centers.

Latino staff who sometimes have difficulty understanding English. No communication from the staff at the reception (don't give the Mdp Wifi if you don't ask, don't say you can park on the other side of the hotel for the remote rooms).
